Share your empty trucks by typing
Write it the way you would in WhatsApp: the trucks are split out, placed on the map and, if you choose, shown to your followers. No form to fill.

How is an empty-truck announcement made in the field? Usually a WhatsApp group gets a message like this: "Tomorrow in Gebze, 2 curtainsiders and 1 reefer free, towards Germany or Poland." Short, clear, does the job. The trouble is that by tomorrow it is buried at the bottom of the group, and whoever needs it cannot find it.
On Order And Load you can write that message just as it is.
How it works
You type free text into the empty-truck box; there is no form to fill. The system reads the text and splits it into vehicle listings. One message can hold several vehicles; write "2 curtainsiders, 1 reefer" and you get separate truck listings.
A sample text:
- Tomorrow in Bursa, empty curtainsider, towards Germany.
- On 12 October in Izmir, 2 reefers, Italy or France.
After typing, you look over the listings it produced, fix anything missing or wrong, then publish. AI extracts the text, but the last word is yours; check before you publish.
It lands on the map
A published truck listing appears on the map. So when a shipper or forwarder has a load, they see nearby empty trucks on a map instead of a list. The clearer you are about place and date, the faster the listing reaches the right person.
Your followers see it
If you want, the listing also goes to the companies that follow you on your company page. The shippers and forwarders you work with regularly can see your trucks without searching for them. That "if you want" is in your hands: you do not have to broadcast every listing to everyone.
What a good empty-truck message contains
- Where: city or region, country if possible.
- When: which day it is free.
- Which vehicle: curtainsider, reefer, mega, box; how many.
- Where to: which directions or countries you can go.
These four details make the message clear for the AI and for people. We covered the cost of running empty on the way back, and ways to cut it, in empty return trips; and the move from scattered group messages to an organised board in from WhatsApp groups to a load board.
Why typing?
Because empty-truck announcements are already typed in the field. A separate form, choosing every field one by one, finding the date in a calendar: nobody wants to do that on a phone while standing at a ramp. Typing the same sentence takes ten seconds. If you need to post the same listing again tomorrow, changing the text and writing it again is just as easy. The rule is simple: the clearer you write, the more accurate the listing that comes out. Writing "free soon" without a date, or "anywhere" without a direction, makes it harder for the reader to get back to you; a city, a day and a direction are often enough. You do not need to add the plate number or driver details to the message.
How the map and followers work together
The map lets you reach firms you do not know who happen to be looking for a load in exactly that area. The follower feed helps firms you do know remember you. The two complement each other: you find new customers and do not lose current ones. You choose each time who an announcement is shown to, so you keep control of your commercial relationships and your pricing policy.
In short
You do not need to change your habit; you write the way you already do, the system turns it into tidy truck listings, and the map and your followers spread it for you.
Order And Load opens in January 2027 and is in its early-access period now. If you like, you can reserve your place on the early access page. Short definitions of the terms are in the Freight Glossary.
