Order And Load uses only cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary for the platform to work. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third party tracking code. For this reason, no consent is requested; we only inform you.

2. Cookies

Session cookie (better-auth.session_token): remembers that you are signed in; it is not accessible to browser scripts, is valid for at most 7 days and is deleted when you sign out.

Subcontractor driver cookie (oal_job): ensures that a driver who signs in with a job code sees only that order; valid for at most 14 days.

Language cookie (NEXT_LOCALE): remembers the interface language you selected.

Theme cookie (oal-theme): remembers the light or dark theme you selected; it is also sent to the server so that pages keep the same theme when you change the language.

3. Browser storage

Preferences such as currency, collapsed menu and the dismissal of this notice, as well as preview data (sample notifications, read status, sample requests), are kept only in your browser and are not sent to the server.

4. How to delete

You can delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. If the session cookie is deleted, you are signed out; preferences return to their defaults.
